All services provided by E R Consultancy INTL Limited are bespoke and tailored to each client.

 

The scope of services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and applicable payment method will always be discussed and agreed in advance, typically during a consultation call or written communication, and confirmed prior to commencement of the service.

 

Pricing may vary depending on the nature, complexity, and duration of the service provided.

 

Sourcing Services

 

For sourcing, procurement, or personal shopping services involving the identification or acquisition of specific goods, all sourcing fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

 

This will be clearly communicated and acknowledged by the client prior to the service being confirmed.

 

 

Travel & Additional Costs

 

Certain services may require travel or on-site attendance.

Where applicable, any additional costs related to travel, accommodation, or expenses will be discussed and agreed with the client in advance and may be charged separately.

 

Agreements & Confirmation

 

While initial discussions may take place via phone or video call, all key terms, pricing, and service details will be confirmed in writing before the service begins.

Proceeding with payment constitutes acceptance of the agreed terms.
